Let me start off by saying this isn't your typical rosé style like from the provence. It has a darker pink hue, but it is still light and refreshing. So many red fruit aromas and flavors burst out of the glass, that it pulls you in. it has a pleasant mouthfeel and a little bit of body to it. This is the wine you want to take to the beach or sip on in the beginning of the autumn season. I'd like to have this with a nice cured meat and cheese board sitting on my patio with a cozy blanket. Not saying that this wine is going to replace my glass of whiskey for that occasion, but it could if I want to have something more reserved.
